Watch: VideoOut and Grey Advertising Celebrate Coming Out Day with Compilation Video

In honor of National Coming Out Day, New York-based advertising agency Grey teamed with VideoOut to produce and release a new special compilation film highlighting the unique journey and experiences facing members of the LGBTQ community in the world of advertising.

The objective of the partnership - in line with the Open Culture at the core of the agency's principles - is simple: to give employees a channel to connect and share their human stories, with full transparency, then promote them across the agency to improve conversations around how diversity feeds creativity.
 
The program was created by the agency's Grey Pride affinity group, part of its People's Council created to foster and grow all manner of diversity at the agency. The belief behind the initiative and the Open Culture is that talent across the agency, and industry, should feel they can be themselves and voice their beliefs without fear of backlash.
