Attention, Dads everywhere.

Tom Clancy's popular CIA analyst, Jack Ryan, has recently resurfaced in pop culture due to John Krasinski's portrayal of the character on Amazon's new series "Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan." Krasinski isn't the first to wear these shoes. In 1990's "The Hunt for Red October," Alec Baldwin stepped into the inaugural role and starred alongside Sean Connery in this captivating, action-packed film by "Die Hard" director John McTiernan.

In 1992 Harrison Ford assumed the role of Ryan and starred in "Patriot Games." Two years later, Ford returned to the role in "Clear and Present Danger." Eight years passed, but Ryan was once again revived by Ben Affleck in 2002's "The Sum of All Fears." And, finally, we saw Ryan's origin story play out in "Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit," which found Chris Pine taking on the role with enthusiasm despite the overwhelming lame result.

With plenty of bonus features and all five films in Ultra HD 4K resolution, you can now own the 10-disc "Jack Ryan Collection." For fans of the series, it's a no-brainer. For casual action movie fans, it's still a fairly decent perk as these movies aren't without their pulpy delights. The 4K isn't anything too special, but it's definitely a sharper image than you'd receive through anything else. So, if you have the means, consider grabbing this new 10-disc collector's set of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan character.
