"Springtime in New York": A Gastronomic Grand Chefs Experience

NEW YORK, NY - Relais & Ch�teaux, a prestigious global network of more than 500 luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants, will host its annual Grands Chefs Dinner on April 16, 2012 in New York City.
More than 40 renowned Relais & Ch�teaux Grands Chefs will gather from all corners of the world to participate in this unique event at New York's Gotham Hall. A gastronomic celebration hosted by Jaume T�pies, Chairman of the Board of Relais & Ch�teaux, will feature chefs from around the world including Emmanuel Stroobant, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael White, Christopher Kostow, and Norbert Niederkofler. The chefs will work together in teams of three to showcase their most exceptional, show-stopping dishes to be served at a decadent seated dinner.
The Grands Chefs of Relais & Ch�teaux are comprised of 160 of the best chefs on five continents including many culinary celebrities in their respective countries. They can be found in an array of cities covering eclectic ambiances from an ivy-covered inn, to a country house, at a seaside or riverbank resort. Combining tradition and modernity, and insisting on the finest produce from around the world, the Grands Chefs have worked as a family for several generations to create their own famous dynasties and legends. They are all shining examples to be emulated by generations of future chefs.

Long-term New Yorkers, Mark and Robert have also lived in San Francisco, Boston, Provincetown, D.C., Miami Beach and the south of France.
